1. Take Care of Yourself


Eat well, do something active, get a good night’s sleep, and drink lots of water – it will boost your energy and concentration.

2. Create A Flexible Study Plan


Make a schedule for all deadlines in the semester as soon as you get your syllabi. Know what’s coming up and plan accordingly.

3. Find A Good Study Space


Whether it’s a crowded cafeteria or the quietest corner in the library, find a space where you can concentrate. Also, don’t kid yourself and put your phone away.

4. Find Your Study Buddy


This is the person that keeps you on track – they aren’t afraid to call you out when they spot you’re on Facebook. And vice-versa. When you find a good study buddy – cherish them.

5. Quiz Yourself


Think you’ve got your concepts down? Then it’s time to do a practice quiz! You’ll find where you need extra revision and a dry run does wonders for pre-exam nerves.

6. You’re Only Human


Studying all day is NOT going to help you out, even though it might seem that way leading up to exams. Take breaks and stretch when you’ve been sitting too long.
