Who are we?
The Peer Help Centre is a volunteer-driven, community-focused service of the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa. We enrich the university experience by offering important support and guidance in all areas of student life.

What do we do?
The Peer Help Centre’s mandate is to provide the University of Ottawa community with support in an empathetic, confidential, and non-judgemental environment. We offer the following seven different services and programs. Please note that although we operate mainly on a drop-in basis, appointments are required for some specialized services.
